Our History

Alberto Polloni formed Polloni Design in 1994 as a sole proprietorship, and later incorporated the company as a North Carolina corporate entity in 1996.

Back then, Alberto’s initial vision in forming the Company was to offer highly creative and unique corporate graphic identity services to businesses located in Central North Carolina’s Research Triangle Park area. Over the past twelve years, however, the scope of Polloni Design’s services has expanded and now includes a full-range of graphic design services that the Company offers to its growing list of client-companies located across the U.S. and throughout the world.

In 1998, as the demand for Company’s services continued to grow, Clina Polloni, Alberto’s sister, joined the firm. Since then, Clina’s expertise in the areas of branding, marketing and website design and development have added new dimensions to the company which have benefited all of our clients. Additionally, since Alberto and Clina are fluent in Spanish, Polloni Design has also evolved into a bicultural company, and offers bilingual copywriting services to many of its clients in both English and Spanish.

Today, after twelve years of helping hundreds of companies develop strong corporate identities and attractive websites, marketing collaterals, packaging, trade show booths, ads, etc., Polloni Design has now emerged as a highly regarded graphic design firm.

Our Philosophy:

We’re proud of the wonderful relationships that we’ve fostered with our clients over the years. We think these close relationships have resulted largely because we truly do enjoy brainstorming with our clients about their marketing needs and then developing unique and eye-catching designs for all of their marketing materials.

We have fun doing what we do. That’s our driving philosophy. We don’t have big egos. You can tell us if you don’t like a particular design, and we’ll keep working with you until you are totally satisfied. Our graphic designs are aimed at reflecting our clients’ identities, not ours. You know what you want, and our goal is to make sure that you get exactly what you want.

When we begin working with a new client we don’t have a particular graphic design style in mind. The design styles that we eventually create for any project are ultimately the result of what we learn and experience with our clients, designs that reflect the nature of their business, their vision, and the markets they serve.

Take a moment to look over our portfolio and you’ll see that we create simple and clean looking designs that not only reinforce our clients’ unique company persona, but graphically appealing designs that also exude a high degree of customer confidence and trustworthiness.
